The flora and fauna that inspired this headpiece are endangered native Australian species. The piece was made to highlight the beauty and precious nature of our native plant life and animal life in Australia.

This series was created in response to my recent visit to the Great Barrier Reef. I wanted to highlight the importance and fragility of this natural wonder.
