Hello and welcome!
If you’ve made it to this page, it’s probably because you’ve picked up one of my 2023 Wall Calendars and are keen to learn more about some of the fungi species included!
Don’t have a copy yet? You can nab one here: ingridbart.square.site
It’s my hope that these artworks spark interest and encourage others down their own fungi learning journey. Being an artist first and foremost, I want to acknowledge that I am not an expert in the field of fungi (although I do try to read and learn as much as possible!), which is why I thought it was important to make a list of resources easily available for viewers to access. There are an array of resources in different formats (both formal and informal) from research papers to videos and backyard blogs. Simply click on the image of the fungi species below you are interested in, and enjoy! Or scroll down this page for a list of books I found helpful.
If you have any resource suggestions, or notice I’ve made any mistakes or included links that have misinformation, please feel free to email me at ingridbartkowiak.art@gmail.com and I’ll update the page.

5% of profits from the sale of each calendar will be donated to environmental organisations elected by the community that helped crowd-fund this project. The two selected organisations are Bush Heritage Australia and Fungi Map! This donation will be made once I have sold through the calendar stock so that I am able to accurately calculate the total.
